3. Design preference
   Please avoid copyrighted or brand-specific designs.
   – You can include an inspiration photo, color palette, or mood.
   – If unsure, share your favorite tones and theme — we’ll design one suited to you.

4. Text input (optional — within the limit for your chosen size)

5. Preferred scent
   – If not specified, we’ll select a scent that complements your design’s tone and colors.

The Making Process

• Production time: 1 – 3 weeks, depending on order volume.

• You’ll be contacted once your Velvet Whisper candle is ready for collection.

• Urgent orders may be accepted with a small rush fee — please mention this when ordering.

• Custom candles are non-returnable as they’re individually designed. We’re happy to discuss your ideas before final confirmation.
